He is a laid back character who is rarely ruffled even in the most challenging situations. "The Franklin is a special rivver that I grew up on. The river is exceptional with incredible rapid, but also amazing Aboriginal History and fantastic wildlife as well. We even get to see Playpus on a lot of our trips. The trip offers a great holiday for people who want to see a different part of Australia and sample of of the best river trips in the world."

"After hearing so many stories about the Futaleufu River, I went out 5 years ago. I wasn't disapointed and have been going back every year since. The people down there are awesome. Its like a frontier town and you really feel part of it, if you are a guide of client. Carlos the neighbouring farmer to our camp in Chile, comes over with the whole family to prepare an Asado (barbeque with a difference) and you'll experience hospitality second to none. Then theres the river... and what an awesome river it is!"
